31 May 2010 - 18 Jun 2010
Unit: CD IC
Location: Wageningen
Organisation: Wageningen International

In recent decades, consumers have become increasingly concerned about the safety and quality of their food. These concerns, combined with increased environmental awareness, have led to a need for sustainable agricultural production systems. Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) have become essential components of sustainable agriculture. The training programme aims to enhance the participants’ knowledge and ability to identify and solve problems in IPM and aspects related to sustainable agriculture and food safety.
