Training methods
Our annual training programme combines the latest developments in a specific field or sector with the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with professionals from all over the world. The courses are job-oriented, interactive and experience based. Our trainers use a variety of formats: lectures, case studies, group discussions and assignments, and field study. Participants develop a Personal Action Plan, in which they integrate all course topics and relate them to the reality of the participants’ working situations.
